contextual. If the model requires global thinking
you'll likely need more than copying. If the model
is something which benefits from being local, it
can work. However, I'd never recommend copying;
always innovate.”

higher levels of happiness, health, etc. However,
if wealth is more spread would entrepreneurs move
elsewhere. If so, a lack of innovation would have
a negative effect on education, economics,
etc. Until the study has been done in this
context I think the data is inconclusive. ”
