Tell Me Know More Lies (TMNML) is in Alpha phase, as a working prototype. The site may be taken down, reset, cleared of data, redesigned, etc. without any prior notice or obligation. TMNML makes no service level guarantees. The algorithms used to calculate Authority Votes, Endorsement Scores, or any other value or rating on the site may be altered, recalculated, reset, or otherwise changed at any time. TMNML offers no guarantee of backup or of consistency in user data, voting or endorsement history, or any other data. The TMNML administrators may at any time suspend, remove, or otherwise terminate any user's account, however no individual user will have data selectively altered or ratings changed (only system-wide updates will occur equally for all users).
TMNML will not share any user data with any other parties without prior warning. There are definitively no plans to do this at the very least for the duration of the Alpha phase. TMNML does use the standard Facebook APIs and is subject to their terms and conditions and exchanges data with Facebook as per their specifications.
TMNML may use browser cookies and other standard analytics tools to analyse user behaviour, paths through the site, preferences, etc. TMNML does not permit any third-party cookies.
